A letter of support was sent out to the Dean of CTAHR for approval. In this letter I have included the preceptor and preceptor site of which I will be doing my summer learning experience at. I also included some responsibilities I will have at my preceptor site and some skills I hope to gain through this experience.

In this letter I have also outlined the preceptor and preceptor site of which I will be doing my summer learning experience.
