Areas for Improvement are <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">consistent assessment and data collection and integration into my planning cycle<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Communication: \u00a0Strengths are listening skills, respect, feedback, effectiveness; Areas for Improvement are <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">expanding communication to include families, school staff, and community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Collaboration: \u00a0This is an overall strength and just needs to be maintained, not improved.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reflection: \u00a0Strengths are self-awareness, planning, growth mindset, connection.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diversity: Strengths are developing student identity, expression, encouraging diversity and justice. \u201cPurposely emancipatory, culturally responsive, critical teacher who values the democratic process, connecting with students\u2019 histories and expertise, developing identity, diversity, creativity, and empowering student voice.\u201d <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using <\/span><\/i><b><i>Assessment B<\/i><\/b><b> (Evaluation of Student Teaching)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">identify areas of strength <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and areas for improvement in your fieldwork in each of the four CDF dimensions:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Planning and Preparation: \u00a0My identified strengths (areas of the CDF in which I have been evaluated as \u201cDistinguished\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) are knowledge of content &amp; pedagogy, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">knowledge of students,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> setting instructional outcomes, demonstrating knowledge of resources, and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">designing coherent instruction;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> an area for improvement (element of the CDF in which I have been evaluated as \u201cProficient\u201d) is \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">designing student assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Classroom Environment: \u00a0Strengths are creating an environment of respect and rapport, establishing a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">culture of learning<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and organizing the physical space;
